Coffee packer

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for coffee packaging and sorting in Bucharest is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging position. Work in a stable European company with the possibility of additional work, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Romania.
2. Contract individual de muncă (direct Romanian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Romanian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Romania.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 9.00 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 1800 – 2160 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 7.20 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1440 – 1730 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 200 – 240 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging coffee (beans, ground, capsules);
• Checking for compliance with quality standards and absence of defects;
• Marking and labeling packages;
• Sorting products by type and packaging;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer covers part of the accommodation costs (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 100 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
