🏢 A modern production and logistics center for chocolate packaging in Renon (South Tyrol) is looking for men, women, and couples to fill packaging positions. Work for a stable European company with comfortable working conditions, opportunities for extra work, and bonuses for accuracy and quality.

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

• Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
  ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
  ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
  ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
  ✅ Legal protection for employees;
  ✅ Business trip to Italy.
• Contratto di lavoro diretto in Italia (direct Italian employment contract):
  ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
  ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Italian Labor Code;
  ✅ Payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with Italian law;
  ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
  ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Italian labor law;
  ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Italy.

💶 Salary:

• Before taxes (gross):
  🔴 Hourly rate: 18.00 EUR/hour;
  🔴 Monthly salary: 3000 – 3600 EUR/month.
• After taxes (net):
  🟢 Hourly rate: 14.40 EUR/hour;
  🟢 Monthly salary: 2400 – 2880 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging chocolate products (bars, sticks, candies, etc.);
• Checking products for packaging integrity and compliance with quality standards;
• Sorting products by type, weight, and date of manufacture;
• Labeling, sticking, preparation for shipment;
• Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a clean, dry, and temperature-controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 75 to 150 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
