Chocolate packer

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for packaging and sorting chocolate products in Riga is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a packer. Work in a stable European company with the possibility of additional work, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Latvia.
2. Darba līgums (direct Latvian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Latvian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Latvian legislation;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees in accordance with Latvian law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Latvia.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 9.00 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 1800 – 2250 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 7.20 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1440 – 1730 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200–240 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging chocolate products (bars, candies, chocolate bars, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity and compliance with standards;
• Labeling, sticking labels, and packing into boxes;
• Sorting products by type and expiration date;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 100 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
