Napkin packer for warehouse

🏢 A modern logistics center for the distribution of hygiene products invites men, women and couples to apply for a napkin packer position. Work in a stable company with the possibility of part-time work and bonuses for diligence.

📜 Official employment under the Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration under Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;

✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.80 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 800 zł/month (100 – 200 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7900 – 9800 zł/month (1850 – 2300 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 32.00 zł/hour (7.50 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 250 to 680 zł/month (58.5 – 160 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6650 – 8360 zł/month (1560 – 2000 €/month)

🟢 3. For students up to 26 years old (under tax incentives):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.80 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 800 zł/month (100 – 200 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7900 – 9800 zł/month (1850 – 2300 €/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 08:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime: possible upon prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 200 – 240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting wipes (wet, dry, cosmetic and universal);
• Checking packaging and compliance with quality standards;
• Stickering, marking and picking orders;
• Working with a hand scanner and warehouse accounting system;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (payment of utilities only: 200 – 400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people / couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bed linen, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops, pharmacies nearby, work — on foot or by company bus.

🤝 Requirements:

• Men, women, couples from 18 to 55 years old;
• Responsibility, attentiveness;
• Experience and knowledge of the language are not required;
• Documents: work visa, residence card, temporary protection status.
