1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (direct German employment contract):

   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.00 € / hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3680 – 4600 €/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.56 €/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2650 – 3312 €/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week for 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30-minute lunch;
• Overtime hours are possible upon agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging pharmaceuticals in accordance with established standards;
• Checking the quality of packaging and product labeling;
• Sorting and preparing products for shipment;
• Compliance with sanitary, hygienic and safety standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of housing is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free transfer;
• Utility costs: from €50 to €150 per month (deducted from salary).
