🏢 Volkswagen AG — the largest car manufacturer in Germany and one of the leaders in the global automotive industry — is recruiting new employees for the quality control and packaging lines.

📜 Official employment under the Umowa delegowania employment contract, which is regulated by labor legislation and provides for:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.00 €/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3680 – 4600 €/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.56 €/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2650 – 3312 €/month.
3. For students up to 26 years old (with tax benefits):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 23.00 €/hour (net);
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3680 – 4600 €/month (net).

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week for 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 08:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 for 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 200 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Visual quality control of products;
• Checking for defects and damage;
• Rejection and sorting of products;
• Packing parts and labeling;
• Compliance with safety regulations in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of housing is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
• Several accommodation options: hostel, apartment, private house, dormitory;
• All rooms are designed for 2 people (a married couple is accommodated in one room);
• Common areas for every 2 – 3 rooms: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: high-quality beds and mattresses, new bed linen, wardrobes, bedside tables, air conditioning/heating, all necessary equipment in used condition, free Wi-Fi;
• Infrastructure: proximity to shops, pharmacies, walking distance to work (or free transfer on a corporate bus);
• Cost of utilities: from €50 to €150 per month per person (deducted from salary).

🤝 Basic requirements for candidates:

• Men, women and couples from 18 to 55 years old (up to 60 years old in good health);
• Good eyesight, attentiveness and motor skills;
• Work experience and knowledge of the language are not required, but will be an advantage;
• Availability of documents: work visa (D), residence permit, temporary protection.
