🏢 Adidas AG, one of the world’s largest sportswear and footwear brands, invites employees to the product packaging process at a warehouse in Uffenheim (Germany).

📜 Official employment under the Umowa delegowania employment contract, which is regulated by labor legislation and provides for:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: €23.00/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3680 – 4600 €/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.56 €/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2650 – 3312 €/month.
3. For students up to 26 years old (with tax benefits):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 23.00 €/hour (net);
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3680 – 4600 €/month (net).

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week for 8 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 07:00 – 15:00;
• Second shift: 15:00 – 23:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30-minute lunch;
• Overtime hours are possible upon agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing branded clothing and footwear according to invoices;
• Preparing products for shipment and labeling;
• Checking the integrity of the goods and their compliance with the order;
• Working with an automated warehouse system (scanner input);
• Compliance with packaging and hygiene standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of housing is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
• Accommodation in hostels, apartments or dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with orthopedic mattresses, furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: near a warehouse or free transfer to the workplace;
• Utilities: from 50€ to 150€ per month (deducted from salary).

🤝 Basic requirements for candidates:

• Men, women and couples from 18 to 55 years old (up to 60 with good health);
• Attentiveness, accuracy, quick learning;
• Work experience and knowledge of the language are not required, but welcome;
• Documents: work visa (D), residence permit, temporary protection.
