Order picker at the warehouse of the Zalando online store

🏢 Zalando SE, a leading European online platform specializing in the sale of fashionable clothing, footwear and accessories, invites employees for the positions of order pickers in its warehouses in the cities of Erfurt, Lahr and Mönchengladbach.

📜 Official employment under the Umowa delegowania employment contract, which is regulated by labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: €23.00/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: €3,680 – €4,600/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: €16.56/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: €2,650 – €3,312/month.
3. For students up to 26 years old (with tax benefits):
   🟢 Hourly rate: €23.00/hour (net);
   🟢 Monthly salary: €3,680 – €4,600/month (net).

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8 hours a day, 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00–14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime hours are possible upon agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders;
• Sorting and marking goods;
• Checking product quality before shipping;
• Working with a scanner and warehouse system;
• Compliance with company standards and safety precautions.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Housing costs are covered by the employer (except utilities);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free transfer;
• Utilities: from €50 to €150 per month (deducted from salary).

🤝 Basic requirements for candidates:

• Men, women and couples from 18 to 55 years old (up to 60 with good health);
• Accuracy, responsibility, attentiveness;
• Experience and knowledge of the language are not required, but welcome;
• Documents: work visa (D), residence permit, temporary protection.
